As soon as the inspection has been carried out, we will contact you with a price of the repair of your iPod. You can then decide if you want your repair carried out. If you decide to go ahead with the iPod repair and you brought the iPod to our retail shop you can pay for the repair when you collect. If you posted the iPod to us then we will send you a payment link to pay for the repair online at a secure payment site using PayPal or Credit / Debit Card (Nochex) Repairs to the iPod take approximately 3 – 4 working days once we have your go ahead. Our Warranty starts from the day we inform you that your repaired iPod is ready for collection or the date we post the Repaired iPod back to you.
